To: AHA Instructors Affiliated with the BCFPD AHA CTC

RE: Closure of BCFPD CTC and the Transfer of Affiliated Instructor and Course Records
After an internal review of our organization, the Boone County Fire Protection District has
decided to terminate our AHA Training Center agreement with the American Heart Association.
During the month of January 2011, we will transfer all BCFPD CTC Instructor and Course
Records to St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, MO. The CTC Coordinator for St. Mary's
Hospital is Wanda Hoescher (573-761-6700). After the transition is complete, you may choose to
continue to affiliate with the St. Mary's Hospital CTC or affiliate with another CTC. Please
purchase AHA cards from and discuss new AHA TC issues with Wanda Hoescher unless you
inted to affiliate with another AHA CTC. We will do everything possible to make this transition
as smooth as possible. Please feel free to contact George or myself if you have any questions.
