| EMS Education |
| Boone County Fire Protection District (BCFPD) provides initial EMT - Basic and EMT – Paramedic education and training. BCFPD also provides refresher education for EMT-B and EMT-P. We have experienced instructors teaching all programs. Our primary instructor, Capt. George Miller, NREMT-P has over 17 years of experience teaching paramedic and EMT programs. He has several years experience working in the emergency room and ICU and several years experience as a flight paramedic and ground ambulance paramedic. He serves as a member and board member for several health related committees and organizations in Missouri. |
